Protecting your personal details (referred to in the following as “data”) is a major and very important matter to us. For this reason, we would like to inform you in detail in the following about what data are obtained when you visit our website and the use of the offers we place there and how these data are processed or used by us.

3. Recording and processing data

We collect, use and save your data exclusively within the conditions of the German Federal Data Protection Act. In the following we will inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the data collection and use. 

Every access to our website and every time a file stored on this site is called up is recorded. These records are used internally for system purposes and for statistical purposes. The following data are recorded: name of file called up, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are recorded. Any further, personal data are only recorded if the user of the website and/or the customer provides information voluntarily, e.g. as part of an enquiry or registration or when concluding a contract or via browser settings. 

Insofar as the user of our website has made personal data available, we will only use them to answer the website user or customer’s enquiry or for processing contracts concluded with the website user and / or customer and for technical administration. We will only pass on personal data to third parties or transfer them in any other way if this is required for the purpose of processing a contract or for invoicing purposes or if the user of the website and/or customer has given approval to do so. The user of the website and/or customer has the right to withdraw approval that has been granted at any time with future effect.

Saved personal data is deleted when the user of the website and/or customer withdraws their consent to store the data, when their knowledge of the fulfilment of the purpose pursued by saving the data is no longer required or if saving the data is not permissible for any other legal reasons. Data for invoicing and accounting purposes will not be affected by a deletion request.

We will inform the user of the website and/or customer about the data saved regarding his person upon written request. The request must be sent to the address stated in our General Company Information page on our website. 

4. Use of cookies

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file that is sent when a website is visited and stored temporarily on the hard drive of the user of the website and/or customer. If the corresponding server of our website is called up once again by the user of the website and/or customer, the browser of the user of the website and/or customer will send the cookie that has previously been sent back to the server. The server can then evaluate the information received by means of this procedure in different ways. Cookies can be used, for example, to control commercials or make navigating a website easier. Google Analytics

Our website uses the Google Analytics service. This website analysis service is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (referred to in the following simply as “Google”. The information saved by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the US and then saved there.


As part of the anonymisation of IPs, your IP address will be abbreviated in advance by Google within an EU or EEA state. On our behalf, Google will use the transferred information to create a report on the usage of the website. The IP address transmitted to Google Analytics will not be put together with other Google data. If you wish to prevent the use of cookies, you can do this via changing your settings locally on the internet browser used on your computer (e.g. Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox), i.e. the program that opens and displays websites.
